Postponement of upcoming Resident Social Value Workshop:
Dear residents,
It is with regret that due to the current Coronavirus situation, the Resident Social Value Workshop ‘Making a home, a home with Pollard Thomas Edwards (PTE) and Environmental Services Design (ESD)’ will be postponed to a future date.
The workshop was scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 25 March 2020, from 4:30pm to 8:00pm at The Mirror Room, the Granville, Carlton Vale, London, NW6 5HE.
A new date for the workshop will be communicated in the near future.

Public Housing: a London renaissnace
The New London Architecture (NLA) will launch Public Housing: a London renaissance, a research report investigating the future of public housing delivery in the capitol. As part of this, the NLA have called for exemplar projects to be showcased in a special publication, distributed to key policy makers, the NLA network, visiting delegations and Londoners.
After the extensive volume and scope of submitted schemes, we received some fantastic news for the South Kilburn Programme and Brent Council that the NWCC project made it!
The news was overwhelming and demonstrates that the industry recognises the great work that we are doing for our residents and that we are an example to follow. Further information to follow.
Pre-Planning Public Exhibition for 1-8 Neville House, 1-64 Winterleys, 113-128 Carlton House and Carlton Hall
We held our final Pre-Planning Exhibition on Saturday 1 December 2018 (10am-2pm) and Tuesday 4 December (3pm-8pm) at the Front Room, The Granville, Carlton Vale, London, NW6 5HE.
The final designs where showcased for the site and residents were able to see how their comments have been taken into account before a planning application was submitted before Christmas 2018.

Final Resident's Design Workshop
On 12 December a final Residents Design Workshop was held at The Granville. Boards were presented to residents showing full details of the planning application and following this a 3D fly through of the scheme was showcased so residents could understand the proposals from all angles. Following this quesions were taken by London Borough of Brent and Pollard Thomas Edwards. Food was provided for residents as a thank you for their continued attendance and input.
Youth Film Project - Community Film Screening
On Wednesday 17th October 2018 at The Granville a screening of two exciting youth film projects took place. The two films reflect on the regeneration of South Kilburn and in particular, the NWCC Site. Go to the menu above for links to these two projects under 'Youth Film Project' tab. The second public exhibition for '1-8 Neville House, 1-64 Winterleys, 113-128 Carlton House and Carlton Hall' together defined as the 'NWCC' redevelopment site, took place on Saturday 18 August 2018 from 10am-2pm and on Tuesday 21 August 2018 from 3pm-8pm. Thank you to all those that attended.
The event took place at The Front Room, The Granville, Carlton Vale, London, NW6 5HE. Residents had the opportunity to meet the Architects, learn more about the site and the wider regeneration proposals, see how the designs have developed since the first public exhibition and give feedback.

The Council held the First Public Exhibition for proposals at '1-8 Neville House, 1-64 Winterleys, 113-128 Carlton House and Carlton Hall' on Tuesday 8 May 2018 (3-8pm) and Saturday 12 May 2018 (10am-2pm) at the Garden Room, The Granville, Carlton Vale, London, NW6 5HE.
We invited residents to come along and find out more about the proposed development as part of Phase 4 of the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme.
Residents had the opportunity to meet with Architects, learn more about the site and the wider regeneration proposals as well as see the designs and give feedback.
